Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Return Policy for www.chockriti.com

All products are couriered in cold packing regardless of the time in the year in order to protect them from heat during courier transition. We use next day Bluedart, two day Fedex Priority, other Standard Overnight however if circumstances where they do not service a zip code or not freezed (like in Covid times), we use normal courier which can take upto 5 days.

 

However we ensure sufficient cold packing as per the situation which retains their freshness. If delivery address or phone number is not provided by customer correctly, Chockriti Chocolates LLP is not responsible if there is a delay or loss in delivery. The customer is responsible for immediately letting us know the correction, or tracking the shipment and providing timely correct information to the courier service via the tracking number provided. 

 

Chockriti Chocolates is also not responsible if package is damaged by courier service after package is handed. In that case, we will place a complain with the service provider and try to get the shipping refund.

 

 If wrong product received or unsatisfactory, you have to let us know immediately in maximum two days, and ship the same in cold packaging within three days at most so we can find the issue and provide refund or exchange as case be. However if you have received the products as per your requirements, we will unfortunately not be able to take them back at any time under any circumstances as they are perishable items with limited shelf life.
